Campus Connections is an enhanced calling solution that offers great flexibility to meet the needs of the educational community. Brought to you by National Collegiate, Campus Connections is designed to be a communications network for you and your school or organization.

How does Campus Connections differ from using a cell phone?
Campus Connections works with your cell phone and helps you maintain control over your communications. With Campus Connections you don't have to worry about passing out a new phone number to friends and family whenever you change cell phone providers. And you can take advantage of the low cost long distance calling from any phone on campus without having to worry about your reception.

Campus Connections is a service that is sold as a revenue generation tool for your school or organization with widespread members. Do I have to change my email address or phone numbers to use Campus Connections?
No. Campus Connections works with your personal or college email address - including AOL and Outlook-so you don't have to change a thing. And because Campus Connections has Caller Connect, you can give out your Campus Connections 800 number and still get your calls on your cell phone, dorm phone, home phone, etc.

What is Caller Connect?
Caller Connect is the ultimate in Caller ID services! Caller Connect is a locator service that finds you when a caller chooses the option to connect with you. Campus Connections simultaneously rings up to 3 "call forward" numbers you program in through your Personal Options. When you pick up a call you will hear the caller announce his or her name so you can choose to accept the call or forward it on to voicemail without the caller knowing.

How can I listen to voicemail on my computer?
Campus Connections saves all your voicemail as RealAudio attachments. Each messages shows the caller's phone number and the time they called. Just open the message and click on the attachment and the listen to the voice message. Then, you can forward the message to someone else or save it on your computer for a permanent record. RealPlayer® is available for free download if it is not already installed on your computer.

How much does Campus Connections cost?
Campus Connections is offered through several different packages which can start as low as $9.95 a month. Besides the monthly service fee, Campus Connections charges 6.9 cents per minute for all calls. However if you select a service plan that includes bundled minutes you will only be charged 6.9 cents per minute for any additional minute over the bundled amount.

How often can I change my greeting, Caller Connect numbers, and availability?
You can change your greeting, Caller Connect numbers and availability options as often as you want through your Personal Options.
